Welcome to Mon Vodafone, the Vodafone Porinetia application that allows you to track your consumption and view or settle your bills.

Available for the following Vodafone offers for individuals and businesses:

• SMILE
• PRESTIGE
• GIGA
• VODASURF
• VODACARD
• TRAVEL SIM

Depending on the offer, Mon Vodafone allows you to securely:

• Benefit from exclusive gifts available in the application during events
• View the detail of remaining resources and out-of-plan expenses incurred for the cycle
• Check communication history for the last 6 months
• View and download the latest 6 bills in PDF format
• Check the outstanding bill amount and pay with an international bank card
• Recharge your own or a third party's line through online payment with an international bank card or using a top-up purchased in-store
• View account details, subscribed offer, and available options
• Check communication rates associated with the subscribed offer
• Personalize and reset the access password
• Contact Customer Service

To log in, Mon Vodafone users must:

• Create an account allowing them to view their lines in the application

To create an account, users must:

• Enter a valid email address and confirm it with the verification code sent to the provided email address
• Accept the current Terms and Conditions

A welcome email is sent once the account creation is validated.

To associate one or more lines with their account, users must:

• Enter the Vodafone phone number to be associated
• Enter the verification code sent via SMS to the number being associated (For internet offers, the verification code is sent to the contact number provided at subscription)

A confirmation SMS of addition to the account is sent to the associated number.

To reset their password, users must:

• Click on the "Forgot password" link
• Enter the account's email address
• Enter the reset code sent by email.

• Enter a new password with a minimum of eight (8) alphanumeric characters.

• The Customer Service also provides assistance to customers but cannot manually change the password. This process is entirely automated, as is the generation of line association codes.

• Mon Vodafone is available free of charge, excluding Internet connection costs on a network other than that of Vodafone Polynesia, at mon.vodafone.pf from a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an up-to-date operating system and browser (Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox).
